Booking Policy

For Online Mediumship Readings:

By booking a mediumship session with Tosha the Mystical Link, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Confirmation:

    Upon booking, you will receive an automated email confirmation with all the details of your upcoming session. Please review this carefully.

  2. Time Zones:

    Confirm your time zone before booking to avoid any confusion. Missed appointments due to time zone discrepancies will not be rescheduled, and regular booking policies will apply.

  3. Punctuality:

    Sessions will start on time. Late arrivals will not extend the session.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will not be eligible for rescheduling.

  4. Internet & Technical Requirements:

    A stable and reliable internet connection is required for online sessions. Please ensure your connectivity is working prior to your appointment. Sessions cannot be rescheduled due to technical difficulties on your end.

  5. Cancellations & Refunds:

    All sales are final. No exceptions.

  6. Rescheduling:

    Should unforeseen circumstances arise along your journey, and you need to reschedule your session, please send your request to tosha@toshathemysticallink.com.

    Appointments can only be rescheduled within 5 business days of your original session date. Beyond this window, we honor the natural rhythm and cannot make exception.

  7. Expected Conduct:

    Enter the session with an open heart and reverence for the spirits, for Tosha, and for all present in the session.

  8. Payment:

    Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We accept the payment methods listed when you schedule.

  9. Confidentiality:

    Your reading and personal information are held in strict confidence. Insights shared during a session are intended for your personal use and growth

For Oracle Card Readings:

By booking a oracle card reading with Tosha the Mystical Link, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Confirmation:

    Upon booking, you will receive an automated email confirmation with all the details of your upcoming reading. Please review this carefully.

  2. Cancellations & Refunds:

    Requests for rescheduling or alternate delivery times are not available, as each recording is created uniquely when you book.

    All recordings are final and sacred, and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  3. Limits & Intent:

    Oracle card readings provide guidance and perspectives, not medical, legal, or financial advice. For professional matters, please consult a licensed practitioner in the relevant field.

  4. Payment:

    Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We accept the payment methods listed when you schedule.
